Curbside Liftgate Freight Service
Because J.A. Roby stoves weigh between 400 lbs and 750 lbs, all residential orders include standard liftgate delivery:
- Hydraulic Liftgate: The truck safely lowers your crated stove down to ground level.
- Curbside Placement: Positioned at the end of your driveway via pallet jack.
- Direct Tracking: The carrier calls 24 hours in advance to schedule your delivery window.
- Transit Time: Typically 5 to 10 business days from Quebec across the USA.
Receiving Your Delivery
Please inspect the outer packaging and crate thoroughly before signing the Bill of Lading. Note any external markings or carton damage directly on the driver’s paperwork.
